1.       How are your communities handling short term rentals?  Our city doesn’t have any restrictions, but the AirBNB and HomeAway sites are taking off in some of our downtown and waterfront condos.

2.       My Board is considering hiring an interior decorator for our clubhouse remodel.  In the past, we’ve done this in-house.  Anyone have experience using a decorator? How did it go?  Was the cost overly expensive?

3.       Is it common to have animal breed restrictions in your associations?  Or do you rely on local ordinances?
